Quality Control Manager

TELYON is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager (QCM) to join our team. The QC Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure the successful completion of solar projects to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering top-quality work.

Project Manager

TELYON is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Commercial and Industrial (C&I) solar projects to join our dynamic team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of C&I solar projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

Pre-Construction Manager

The Pre-Construction Manager assists the EPC team by determining accurate pricing, scheduling, and logistics for new solar projects.

Assistant Project Manager – Solar Construction

TELYON is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Construction Management team. This position reports directly to the Project Manager to help plan, organize and report on all aspects of the construction of commercial projects from Notice to Proceed (NTP) through Commercial Operation Date (COD).

Engineering

Senior Design Engineer

TELYON is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to expand its capabilities in all aspects of system investigations and design. The Senior Design Engineer will report to the EPC Director, and will work closely with the pre-construction, design, procurement, and construction teams. This position will also work with third party consultants and customers to manage the overall design process, develop projects specifications, obtain permits, and develop budgets.

Solar Development Engineer

TELYON is seeking a Solar Development Engineer to assist with initial investigations and due diligence of potential commercial solar opportunities. This position will report to the EPC Director and will work closely with the business development and engineering teams to confirm feasibility, identify system parameters, and determine cost.

Legal

Paralegal

TELYON is seeking a Paralegal to join our legal team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Paralegal with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, including a strong background in contract management and legal support within the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team in the negotiation, drafting, and execution of contracts related to commercial solar projects.

Associate Counsel

The Contract Attorney is responsible for legal support for all business units in a commercial solar company. Job duties will include but are not limited to policy research, contractual analysis, and the drafting of various legal documents. The Old Saybrook, CT based position requires strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Candidates should be self-motivated and able to work well within a team, with an interest in renewable energy and in-house legal work.
